Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours via email or whats app. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Our return policy lasts 7 days. We do not accept returns after 7 days have passed from the time of delivery. To be eligible of return, item must be unused and in original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email for the the approval or rejection of your return. Please go through the complete item description and details as just for the sake of not liking the item cannot guarantee return.(On returns 20% handling charges will be deducted )

  • Return items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • Item must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason*.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time as mentioned on individual product page, you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

*If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and must be in original packaging (On refunds 25% handling charges will be deducted )

Refund does not apply if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (10 -45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. for exchange send your item to 225,-Street No-5, Cavalry Ground Lahore. If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
